Cancellation Policy
Policy Regarding Cancellation /No show /early departure
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements /Hotels due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing .Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we received your intimation in writing.
Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation done from the booking date till One Month prior to the departure date, charges are thirty percent of the package cost .
- Cancellation done from 15 days prior to the departure date, charges are fifty percent of the package cost .
- Cancellation done 7 days prior to departure date, charges are seventy five percent of the packages cost .
- Cancellation done less than 3 days prior to the departure date, charges are hundred percent of the package cost .
- In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
Refund policy :
After receiving cancellation request from the customer it will take 10-12 working days to refund the amount to the customers Refund is done as per above cancellation policy Refund is done through cheque/and in the same credit card through which customer has made the payment Refund cannot be possible through cash
